Marketing Advisory Services was commissioned by MAPFRE to conduct a quantitative study, in Malta. The aim of this study was to establish participants experience and satisfaction levels with their insurance. This project is carried out twice yearly, where a survey with both open and closed-ended questions is sent out to a number of participants that span over a number of different age groups.

Being a longitudinal study, Marketing Advisory Services was able to make caparisons over different years. The comparisons are made in regard to customer experience and customer satisfaction levels in Malta.
